What is a page preview
When a page has been de-activated, it is not possible to view the page within the front end of the application. So that an administrator can view changes to such-a-page, the preview button will provide a secure link to view the page, and perhaps send to someone for approval. Please note, that no login credentials will be required to view a preview link.
Viewing a page preview
- To view a page preview, click on the Manage pages menu item on the top of the page.
- Click on the name of the page that you are looking to edit.
- Click on the preview button (shown in the figure above), which will then link to a preview version of the page, regardless of its activity status.
