What is a menu?

So that you can create menus in addition to the main menu, manage menus allows you to create similar lists of navigational items made up of pages and links that you can place within templates or assign to areas within your site.

Creating a menu item

1. To add an new menu item, click on the manage menus menu item on the top of the page.
2. Type the full name of the menu into the text input field at the bottom right of the page (must not have spaces, or punctuation).
3. Click the add menu button located next to the input field.

The new menu will be added into the list in alphabetical order.
