What is the administrator's email?

The administrator's email is used as part of the their login credentials, and displayed in the bottom right of the management part of the application. Some modules also use this data as a way of identifying, or contacting an administrator.

Editing an administrator's email

  1. To edit an administrator's email, click on the manage admins menu item on the top of the page.
  2. Click on the administrator's name that you want to edit.
  3. Click on the input field labelled Admin email and enter any changes.
  4. To save the data, click on the page, anywhere outside the field that has just been edited.

The field will be validated for for a valid email address.

NOTE: If you change the administrator email, you will need to re-enter their password.

Tips and tricks

If you click on the field and want to replace all its content, then use <ctrl> 'a' (<command> 'a' on a mac) to select all the content and over-type with any corrections.
